Truemeds - Manager - Analytics (2-3 yrs)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Program Manager with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and advanced problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with large datasets, employing technical skills like R/Python for analysis and automation, and using insights to drive critical business initiatives. While project management is essential, this role places greater emphasis on analytical capabilities and leveraging data to solve real business problems. You will own all data and analysis related tasks to drive insights which will help optimize P&L and performance. This will include tasks such as better forecasting, cohorting, and seasonality analysis, among others.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis & Insights: Utilize advanced analytical skills to work with large datasets, derive actionable insights, and solve complex business problems.

- Program Management: Independently manage and execute critical programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

- Financial Optimization: Take ownership of the financial performance for your verticals, focusing on margin optimization and contributing to the P&L.

- Process Improvement: Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-backed improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.

- Technical Expertise: Leverage tools like R/Python for data analysis, process automation, and creating predictive models to guide decision-making.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to align on objectives and ensure the successful delivery of initiatives.

- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), using data-driven dashboards to monitor progress and report to senior management.

- Data Visualization & Reporting: Use advanced Excel and other tools to manipulate, analyze, and visualize data for effective reporting and communication.

Key Requirements:

- Educational Background: BTech/BE or a degree in Finance, Economics, or CA (or equivalent).

- Experience: 2+ years in program management or a related role with a strong emphasis on data analysis and problem-solving.

- Analytical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and present insights to influence decision-making.

- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup, macros) and proficiency in R/Python for data analysis and automation is mandatory.

- Execution Skills: Proven ability to independently drive critical initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex data effectively.
