Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Data Operations Senior Analyst

Principal responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with business units / managers for managing day-to-day business.
Periodic review of SLAs to match the changing dynamics of business.
Actively participate and engage stakeholders from all businesses such as GBM, CMB, KYCS, etc with regular business calls and ensure weekly / fortnightly progress updates are provided to all ahead of calls & all discussion points and circulated in a timely manner.
Manage expectations in line with business requirements and ensure deliverables are agreed based on prioritization matrix and internal approvals.
Clearly define the entity data maintenance service offering for full on-boarding and partial services.
Work collaboratively with Peer managers & maintain highly effective resource / people management techniques are implemented to ensure highest level of quality and productivity of team/s.
Maintain / Enhance business focused metrics to facilitate transparency.
Proactively identify opportunities for Reference Data table adoption & consumption, towards alignment of data policies and standardization.
Timely escalation and communication of any identified issues while on-boarding or maintaining data.
Capacity Management - Increase capacity to cater to higher volumes and/or superior service and improved quality in a reduced turnaround time.

Leadership & Teamwork

Candidate would need to represent the department as the lead SME for the business not just limited to operations, data quality, data governance, ideation.
Continually seek to improve organizational efficiency by reviewing the operating process and implementing change where possible.
Build functional capability of the team. Deliver an efficient and effective operations.
Create and retain the culture of one team within and across sites.
Resolve all local operational issues in coordination with the site local management.
Motivate and develop team members to meet business objectives.
Create an environment where the staff fully understands cross-functional environment & needs.

Requirements

Proven experience within the Data and Analytics space with awareness of industry data standards.
Good understanding of the Data Management Framework and all verticals (Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Privacy, Data Security, Data Ethics etc.) within Data Management Charter.
Knowledge of Business Architecture & analysis, requirements engineering, product backlog management, structured analysis, and process mapping.
Structured analytical problem-solving skills, able to breakdown complex problems and find solutions.
Ability to synthesize / analyses diverse information, develop recommendations and make decisions.
Strong Planning, execution, and Organizational skills.
Understands and effectively uses established policies and procedures.
