Job Description
- Usage of SQL, SAS I series applications to extract the data from the HUB system and share the reports as per Business requirements.
- Investigate and respond to HUB user problems, manage set up of HUB parameters in HUB, maintain standing data (SD) tables to ensure expected results from HUB to support business requirements.
- Conduct System Acceptance Testing (SAT), raise defects and ensure system stability prior to UAT
- To provide excellent customer service by ensuring the responses are accurate, meaningful and contain relevant and constructive information; assisting in establishing robust processes and that these processes operate efficiently and effectively, while maintaining the agreed SLA/PLA.
- To assume responsibility for the relevant process/function and operational integrity of the team by ensuring that all operations are handled in accordance with procedures and that the Management Team fully understands the operational and financial risks associated with the service provided.
- Min 2 3 years of working experience of Group s Core Banking and Peripheral Applications, more specific to HUB, CARM, RPS etc. environment (E)
- Ability to maintain control, direction, and motivation in an ever-changing environment. (E)
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and Governance skills to manage the Relationship Manager responsibility (E)
- Self driven and self-motivated in an ever-changing environment. (E)
- Out of the box thinking and Proven team player (E)
