The DBS COO Office provides dedicated, forward thinking, strategic and operational management support to the Entity COO.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the INM DBS COO Office as Business Manager.
This role has overall responsibility for contributing to:
Management Support
o Supporting DBS ExCo by organising and planning their schedules effectively and co-ordinating logistics and providing full administrative support, including handling appointment requests, meetings for the DBS ExCo, and book travel etc. as required
o Proactive follow up with DBS executives on outstanding matters for the COO
Project Management
o support with region/country specific programmes supporting Group COO strategic actions execution or provide support on cross-line of Global Business / Global Functions.
Change Management
o supporting change, either internally or externally driven, on a continuous improvement basis.
Support in INM COO s commitments across all levels of governance forums
Driving the People agenda for INM DBS through year-long engagement calendar spanning range of generic as well as targeted activities.
- Educated to a minimum of graduate degree level in business or financial management related fields
- Proven excellent communicator with an eye for detail
- High level of personal drive and motivation to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously across various stakeholders
