Job Description
In this role at Easebuzz, youll lead the development of secure and scalable payment products to enhance customer experience. As a Product Manager, youll tackle key challenges, prioritize solutions, and design go-to-market strategies, while embracing a culture of learning and innovation
What You Will Do:
Product Development : Work with Engineering and Design to build seamless, customer-centric payment gateway products.
Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to execute payment strategy effectively.
Product Strategy : Define long-term strategy and roadmaps for payment gateway solutions aligned with the company s vision.
Conceptualization : Lead data-driven product development, focusing on innovative and scalable payment solutions.
Go-to-Market : Plan and execute successful product launches with a focus on payment gateway offerings.
What You Will Need:
7+ years of product management experience with a B. Tech or equivalent experience
Good understanding of API functioning and integration in payments system.
At least 5+ yrs of experience working with tech teams to design product solutions for better market fit.
Experience working in a cross-functional, agile product team environment
Experience working closely with UX teams to imagine, scope, and build customer first products
Demonstrated ability to weigh product trade-offs, especially in an ambiguous environment.
Deep analytical skills that use structured and unstructured data to inform key metrics and improve business decision making and able to extract data.
Have a passion for product with customer-first & business-first thinking.
