Receptionist

Role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role, handling front desk responsibilities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness.
• Assist in managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Support staff with clerical tasks and documentation.
• Ensure smooth operation of front desk systems and equipment.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. & responsibilities
