Architect

We are seeking an experienced and creative architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing residential projects from concept to completion.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop and present design concepts

- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings

- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software

- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work

- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
