Role & responsibilities

• Answers inquiries and clarifies desired information
• Determines requirements by working with customers.
• Sale, Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Providing detailed product information to customers through email / chat / calls
• Informing the customer about updates, deals, offers, promotions, policies
• Provide technical support, resolve customer service inquiries, or offer additional forms of real-time problem-solving
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

• Fluency in English Speaking is a must
• Customer-focused and attentive
• Knows MS Word, MS Excel
