Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic HR & Office Operations Specialist to join our team. This role combines HR responsibilities [70%] with the management of office operations [30%] to create a positive and engaging workplace experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, an eye for detail, and a knack for maintaining a vibrant and efficient work environment. She would be primarily responsible for People Experience, Workplace Happiness, Culture Building, and Operational Excellence. This role ensures a motivated workforce and a well-functioning office environment that supports business growth.

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities

  1. Attracting and Nurturing Talent:
    • Assist the Team in Talent Acquisition, Management and Retention.
  2. Employee Engagement and Development:
    • Organize social & CSR activities, team-building sessions, and recreational events to foster a cohesive and motivated workforce.
    • Plan and coordinate training programs to support employee development and skill enhancement.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work culture.
    • Support performance management processes and promote constructive feedback mechanisms.
  4. HR Compliance and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information.
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Office and Academy Operations Responsibilities

  1. Office Maintenance and Housekeeping:
    • Supervise housekeeping and admin staff to ensure the office remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.
    • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facility management.
  2. Team Support and Logistics:
    • Manage and coordinate the activities of office assistants to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Organize travel arrangements, including bookings for flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  3. Vendor and Asset Management:
    • Collaborate with vendors to procure office supplies, equipment, and services.
    • Maintain inventory and oversee office assets to ensure their optimal use.
  4. Academy Operations, Event and Meeting Coordination:
    • Manage Academy Operations and Schedules
    • Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
    • Ensure logistical support for seamless event execution.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Flexibility in managing shifting priorities and abilities to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to handle challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace [Office Suite - Word, Excel, Powerpoint].
  • Knowledge of HRMS is an advantage.
  • Experience in using GenAI tools for productivity and process optimization.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR and office operations roles.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and office management practices.
