Technical Content Writer

Job Description:

S/he would be responsible for researching, compiling/writing and creating content for Website, White Papers, Newsletters, articles, Case studies and Social media using right and SEO optimised keywords. S/he should have experience into Technical and software documentation and proofread the technical document and work with SME, marketing, and business to deliver effective content. Should have proven work experience in technical writing for IT Products and Services. Using graphic, diagrams, chart's that increases understanding.

Roles and Responsibilities:--

Prepare content for website, brochure, blogs, and Facebook/LinkedIn page/Twitter.Creating content in the form of blogs, articles, Newsletters, Case study, Video snippits, White papers , Emailers, websites.
Co-ordinate and liason with different departments for inputs as and when requiredOn time delivery of content which is proof read and approved.
Suggestions/ideas on different topics to be covered after a thorough research about the industry.
Maintaining a content calendar.
Liason with SME's to help with information required.
Building repository and content assets for organisation.
Following up with marketing department to collect timely analytics for the content being floated on social platforms and websites.
Should be able to find and edit errors to improve visibility, tractionusing tools like Grammarly, frase.io and similar ones to enable the best content writing.
Create instructional videos; it includes writing scripts, providing a voice over, and preliminary designing.

Skills Required:

Strong on grammar. - Excellent verbal and written (English) communication skills.
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and understanding on Cloud Infra and Cloud Ops and cloud computing.
Should be a creative thinker and able to curate content in the most engaging manner in a given time frame.
Should know to use engaging keywords and different tools that helps in SEO optimised content writing.
Should be proactive and take initiative and not compromise on quality content.
Ability to interact with SME's (Subject matter expertise)
Talent in showcasing ideas graphically.

Experience Required:

• 1- 4 years of experience in technical writingexperience in writing on Cloud related articles, blogs, whitepapers, newsletters, Website etc
  

Education

UG :Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, or communications

Degree and knowledge in engineering/computer science

PG :Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization
