Job Title: Technical Content Writer

Location: Noida

Shift: 07:00 PM to 4:30 PM IST (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation:

• Write, edit, and publish high-quality blogs on IT services, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
• Develop case studies for completed projects, highlighting client challenges, solutions provided, and measurable outcomes.
• Create in-depth whitepapers, research reports, and technical documents to establish thought leadership.
• Create and maintain compelling content for the company website, ensuring all pages (e.g., service descriptions, About Us, and homepage) align with the brand tone and messaging.

1. Brand Building:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft content that reflects the companys brand voice and positions us as a leader in IT services.
• Contribute to branding strategies through storytelling and impactful narratives.

1. Social Media & Digital Marketing:

• Draft and schedule engaging posts for social media platforms, promoting blogs, case studies, and company updates.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and reach.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with technical teams to gather insights and translate complex technical concepts into reader-friendly content.
• Coordinate with designers to create visually appealing assets for content pieces.

1. Research & Analysis:

• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in technology and IT services.
• Analyze content performance metrics and suggest improvements for future strategies.

1. Other Duties:

• Proofread and ensure grammatical and technical accuracy in all written materials.
• Assist in creating presentation decks, internal documents, and newsletters as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer, Content Strategist, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and other technology domains.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms.
• Experience in SEO writing and keyword optimization.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong research skills and the ability to translate technical jargon into accessible language.
• Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite for creating supporting visuals.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
• Knowledge of content marketing strategies and tools.
