Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience of 1-2 years as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software or Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong networking & relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Acquire the product knowledge and execute field sales activities
• Should know the pricing of all the products
• Ability to develop and implement effective Online & Offline marketing strategies
• B2B and B2C sales to expand customer base
• Able to successfully convert enquiries into orders
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Maintaining complete coordination between the client and designer
• Gather key marketing information like current demand, new launches, competitor

products their prices & schemes

• Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Stay up-to-date with interior design trends and competitor activities
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
