Interior Designer

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design or Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture or similar & must have minimum 2-year experience in Interior Designing (preferably modular Interior Design)
• Must have completed minimum 2 or 3 residential or commercial projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp or 3D Max or SC Pro or Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator or similar design software's
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Must be able to handle multiple clients

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements, design preferences, budget and timeline
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings)
• Present design concepts to clients for approval
• Recommend core materials, finishes and accessories that enhance the design concept
• Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
• Coordinate with site supervisor & vendors to ensure seamless execution of designs with quality and adherence to timelines
• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies
