Role Overview:

As Head of Delivery Operations, you will lead a 400+ member team across project and vendor management to ensure timely, quality-driven home interior deliveries. Your role will uphold operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team accountability across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Mentor and manage a large team, fostering a customer-focused, high-performance culture.

- Customer-Centric Operations: Drive seamless project coordination to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries.

- SOP Development & Adherence: Create and enforce SOPs for consistent and scalable processes.

- Change Management: Lead initiatives for operational improvements and service innovation.

- Vendor Management: Build strong vendor relationships to align on quality and timelines.

- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, provide insights, and identify improvement areas.

Qualifications:

Experience: 10-12 years of experience in operational leadership roles, preferably in project or service delivery organizations. Experience leading large teams (300+ members) is a must.

Education: Bachelor's in Engineering/Sciences; MBA preferred.
