Telesales advisors with minimum 6 months of telesales experience\

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Sales Generation :

    • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
    • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  2. Customer Engagement :

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
    • Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.
  3. Product Knowledge :

    • Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions.
    • Effectively communicate the benefits and advantages of the company's offerings.
  4. Data Management :

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the CRM system.
    • Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
  5. Collaboration :

    • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales strategies based on customer feedback.
  6. Compliance :

    • Adhere to company policies, scripts, and ethical practices during customer interactions.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection and telemarketing regulations.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience : Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Skills :
    • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
    • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

  • Number of calls made per day.
  • Conversion rate and sales revenue.
  • Lead follow-up and closure time.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
