- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate properties, services, and promotional offers.
- Engage with leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Provide personalized recommendations, property information, and assistance to prospects to facilitate decision-making and lead conversion.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, following up with prospects through regular communication and relationship-building efforts.
- Schedule property viewings, appointments, and meetings with interested clients, coordinating with sales representatives and property agents as needed.
- Capture and record client information, inquiries, and feedback accurately in the CRM system to maintain data integrity and track lead status.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and performance metrics established by management.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property features, pricing, and competitive landscape to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Adhere to company policies, sales processes, and compliance standards in all client interactions
