This entry-level position is open for candidates who possess excellent written and verbal English skills. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, vigilant, and a good listener, with a willingness to learn and contribute to our dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services and addressing their inquiries.
Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing information and assistance as required.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the database with relevant information.
Gather feedback from clients and communicate insights to the team for continuous improvement.
Make follow-up calls to previous clients or leads to remind them of upcoming appointments, promotional offers, or product updates. Ensure clients are informed and engaged with the latest offerings.
Schedule meetings, product demos, or follow-up calls with clients.
Assist the sales team by providing initial product details, answering questions, and scheduling appointments for the sales team to meet with qualified leads. Ensure a smooth transition from tele calling to sales closure.
Monthly Lead and sales targets have to be achieved.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in the related role.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Graduation in any field of education.
Fluent in English speaking, superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
Highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to document information accurately and systematically.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.
