Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Tele Sales Executive / Tele-caller to join our team at a leading Trade Mark Registration and Legal Firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into clients. Previous experience in legal or trademark registration firms is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Make outbound calls to potential clients, provide information regarding our trademark registration and legal services, and address queries.
• Sales Conversion: Convert leads into clients by understanding their needs and offering suitable services.
• Lead Management: Manage and maintain a database of prospects and clients.
• Follow-up: Follow up with leads and clients to ensure service satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure proper service delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Tele Sales or Tele-calling, preferably in the trademark registration or legal industry.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of legal services, specifically trademark registration, is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a Trademark Registration or Legal firm.
• A good understanding of trademark laws and related processes.

Compensation:

• ₹15,000 per month with performance-based incentives.
