About Position


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. The recruiter will be responsible for attracting and sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of recruitment best practices, and a passion for helping build high-performing teams.

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate


Experience: 5-8 Years [Recruitment End to End Process]

Job Profile


  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and database searches.
  • Job Postings: Write, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing feedback and ensuring a high level of candidate experience.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and collaborate on recruitment strategies and candidate selection.
  • Offer Management: Assist with the preparation and negotiation of job offers, ensuring alignment with candidate expectations and company policies.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and hiring metrics using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions to advise and guide hiring decisions.

Preferred Skills


  • Experience of recruitment technical & non-technical profile.
  • Knowledge of employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
