Job Description: Technical General Manager
Position Title: Technical General Manager
Location: Raipur
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager (Technical) to oversee and drive the technical and operational aspects of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strong technical expertise, strategic leadership, and operational management capabilities to ensure efficient execution of projects, deliver innovative solutions, and contribute to the company’s growth & will have responsibility of overseeing and coordinating the overall operations of a business to achieve its long-term goals and success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement technical and operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance on emerging technologies, trends, and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and achieve long-term objectives.

2. Technical Oversight:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects to ensure high-quality results within budget and timelines.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of technical processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

3. Team Management:

  • Build and lead a high-performing technical team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Promote collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Foster a positive work environment focused on accountability, growth, and excellence.

4. Operational Excellence:

  • Monitor and manage day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow and productivity.
  • Optimize resource allocation, budgets, and timelines for technical projects.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to track performance, quality, and efficiency.

5. Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure project success.
  • Address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to exceed client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated technical issues.

6. Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks related to technical projects and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in technical leadership, project management, or a related role.
  • Management Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
