General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager (GM) overseeing Admin, HR, Quality Assurance, Legal, and Marketing departments:-

Role & responsibilities :

1. Administration

• Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Facilities Management: Oversee office infrastructure, equipment, and maintenance requirements.
• Risk Management: Monitor organizational compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Resource Allocation: Optimize resource utilization for maximum productivity across departments.

2. Human Resources (HR)

• Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, training, employee development, and retention strategies.
• Employee Relations: Ensure a positive work culture by addressing employee grievances and fostering engagement.
• Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices.

3. Quality Assurance (QA)

• Policy Development: Establish and enforce quality standards across departments.
• Monitoring and Auditing: Conduct periodic quality audits and address any discrepancies.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for process optimization and operational excellence.
• Compliance: Ensure products/services meet regulatory and organizational standards.

4. Legal

• Contract Management: Review and approve contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential legal risks to safeguard the organization.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with local, state, and national laws.

5. Marketing

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels.
• Campaign Oversight: Supervise marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with budget and timelines.
• Market Research: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making.

General Responsibilities Across Departments:-

• Leadership and Coordination: Serve as a bridge between departments, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Goal Setting: Define clear objectives and KPIs for each department and track progress.
• Problem-Solving: Address cross-departmental challenges and drive resolution efficiently.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Reporting: Regularly report departmental performance and strategic updates to senior leadership.
