Job Description

The GM role should have minimum 15 to 18 years industry continuous experience in Litigation specially in Consumer, MACT and other litigations

Preference for Practiced advocate at least for 3 years apart from 15 years experience in Industry in legal litigation as mentioned above.

Ability to lead the team, team building, travel, liaison with judiciary and other quasi-judicial authorities for better results.

Experience in Lok Adalat Proceedings. Should have negotiation skills in mitigating the losses

Experience in identifying the frauds and ready to take corrective actions.

Analytic approach in claims size continuity and management of claim size in control.

Requirements

He/she should know read write speak English, Vernacular language and speaking hindi language

Ready to travel, relocation as per the company requirement
