Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, cost control, and financial accounting. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for financial management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Financial Controller in budget process and managing financial systems.
• Preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance as per Ind AS.
• Co-ordinating with statutory auditors, internal auditors in their requirement.
• MIS Reporting, Expense Analysis.
• Reviewing AP invoices and ensuring processing of bills basis contracts, POs, etc.
• Reviewing FA Register, strengthening Capex Process as per SOPs.
• GST Return, Ledger Reconciliation, 2A vs 3B Reconciliation, Handling data for assessment and annual returns.
• Supporting in matters related to Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing.
• Maintaining strong professional relationships with consultants and coordinating with internal departments time-to-time.
• Working with Financial Controller & supporting the Finance function.

Education

Qualified as Chartered Accountant

Skills

Excellent Communication skills

Time Management

Well versed with Microsoft Office & Internet Applications

Experience

• Proven experience of 4 to 5 years in financial services or a similar role / Freshers qualified as CA will also be preferred.
• Knowledge of financial management principles
• Strong leadership skills to work effectively within a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Preference - Female candidates will be Preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
