Job Description

Job Title: Business Development (Sales)
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for developing new business opportunities, and the ability to foster relationships with clients and partners. This role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, and driving sales growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through research, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and other channels.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide potential clients through the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring all sales targets and quotas are met.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential areas for business expansion to inform sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services, and present these effectively to prospective clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the company’s offerings.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify new business opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles.


  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must have knowledge related to railways.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
    • Ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
