Job Title: Sales Manager (Corporate,PSU and Defence)
Industry: Low Voltage Systems/Telecommunication Projects

Locations: Surat, New Delhi


About the Role
Hexxa Geo is seeking experienced and dynamic Sales Managers to lead our sales initiatives for Corporate,PSU and Defence sectors, focusing on ELV systems such as CCTV, fire alarms, access control, fiber optics, and networking solutions. The roles involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing large-scale projects, and expanding our market footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Corporate,PSU and Defence sectors.
  • Monitor and align with procurement policies and identify tender opportunities.
  • Create tailored technical solutions and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and quotations in compliance with guidelines.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and refine bidding strategies to improve success rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and competitive proposals.
  • Negotiate and close profitable deals while ensuring long-term client relationships.
  • Actively participate in project execution, Payment and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent Hexxa Geo in industry forums, exhibitions, and events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Following up with Customers and Vendors.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics or related fields) or equivalent.
  • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 4-7 years of experience in sales or business development within Corporate,PSU or Defence sectors.
  • knowledge of Networking, & ELV system ( Would be preferable ).
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India to engage with clients and participate in site surveys


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
  • Expertise in negotiation and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with Corporate , PSU , Defence industry regulations and compliance requirements.
