Job Description
Sales Manager ( Low Voltage Systems/Telecommunication projects industry )
- Build and nurture strong relationships with defence clients, including key stakeholders at Corporate/PSU customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the defence sector for ELV systems (CCTV, fire alarms, access control, Fiber optics, networking).
- Create tailored technical solutions and compelling presentations to address the specific needs of Corporate/PSU customers.
- Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and quotations in compliance with procurement guidelines.
- Conduct competitor analysis and refine bidding strategies to improve success rates.
- Collaborate with the internal teams (design, procurement, and project management) to deliver accurate and competitive proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals with defence clients while ensuring profitability and long-term relationships.
- Actively participate in project execution by coordinating with the project team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support payment clearance processes by maintaining strong communication with clients.
- Represent Hexxa Geo in industry forums, exhibitions, events to enhance brand visibility.
