Job Description
Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Networking, or related fields) or equivalent.
Experience : 5-8 years of experience in sales or business development, specifically within the defence or PSU sectors.
Criteria:-
- Build and nurture strong relationships with defence clients, including key stakeholders at Indian Air Force IPSS sites.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the defence sector for ELV systems (CCTV, fire alarms, access control, Fiber optics, networking).
- Monitor defence procurement policies and identify tender opportunities aligned with company capabilities.
- Create tailored technical solutions and compelling presentations to address the specific needs of defence clients.
- Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and quotations in compliance with defence procurement guidelines.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions to defence clients.
- Conduct competitor analysis and refine bidding strategies to improve success rates.
- Collaborate with the internal teams (design, procurement, and project management) to deliver accurate and competitive proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals with defence clients while ensuring profitability and long-term relationships.
- Actively participate in project execution by coordinating with the project team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support payment clearance processes by maintaining strong communication with clients.
- Represent Hexxa Geo in industry forums, exhibitions, and defence-related events to enhance brand visibility.
