Job Description
Qualification: Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Networking, or related fields) or equivalent or graduate.
Experience : 3 years of experience in tendering, or technical sales
Criteria:-
- Identify tender opportunities in the Defence, PSU, and corporate sectors through online platforms and Portal Sites
- Review tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, etc.) to understand scope, requirements, and technical specifications.
- Develop detailed tender strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
- Manage the preparation and submission of technical and financial proposals within deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and commercial requirements specified in the tenders.
- Coordinate with internal teams (pre-sales, procurement, finance, legal, and technical) to develop accurate and competitive proposals.
- Follow up on submitted tenders to track progress, secure approvals, and negotiate terms with clients.
- Analyse Commercial specifications and prepare detailed Bill of Quantity (BOQ), ensuring accurate costing.
- Develop and maintain costing sheets to ensure profitability and competitiveness in proposals.
- Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and meet the required standards.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, client communications, and approvals for Audit and analysis purposes.
