As a Tender Manager specializing in Government Sales within consulting services, IT services or manpower services, your primary responsibility is to oversee the end-to-end process of tendering for government contracts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company successfully bids for and secures government projects, leveraging your expertise in both the technical aspects of IT services or manpower services and the intricacies of public sector procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Process Management:
Manage the entire lifecycle of the tender process from identification to submission.
Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, legal, finance, and technical experts to gather necessary inputs for tender responses.
Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and deadlines.
Proposal Development:
Develop compelling proposals and bids that align with client requirements and demonstrate our capabilities effectively.

Qualifications:
