HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and enhance our human resource functions. The ideal candidate will enhance & improve HR strategies and policies that align with business goals, ensuring a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies in alignment with company objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding of new hires.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, payroll, incentive plans, and statutory compliance.
• Drive employee engagement and retention strategies, fostering a positive work culture and high morale.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations applicable to MSMEs in India.
• Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection policies.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business growth and operational efficiency.
• Monitor HR metrics and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Lead in a software/technology-based MSME environment.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and industry standards in India.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems, payroll software, and HR analytics tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• People-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
• Experience in developing and executing employee engagement and retention programs.
