MERN Stack Developer - MongoDB/Express.js (3-5 yrs)

Role Overview :

- We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer with a strong focus on frontend development who also possesses solid backend expertise.

- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders.

- Your primary responsibility will be converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces while also integrating APIs and collaborating on backend tasks within a microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development :

- Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive, and visually appealing UI using React. js.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and seamless user experiences across devices.

- Implement reusable components and optimize frontend performance for scalability.

Backend Integration :

- Collaborate with the backend team to integrate APIs into the application seamlessly.

- Develop basic backend functionalities when required, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

Microservices Collaboration :

- Work within a microservices architecture to ensure modular and scalable solutions.

- Collaborate on indexing and optimizing MongoDB for performance.

Team Collaboration :

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.

- Actively participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical discussions.

Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

- 3+ years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer with a strong focus on frontend development.

Frontend :

- Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

Backend :

- Working knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API integration.

Database :

- Experience with MongoDB, including indexing and performance optimization.

Microservices :

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and deployment.

Other Skills :

- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
