Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of CRM implementation projects, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including configurations, workflows, plugins, integrations, and reports.
- Utilize expertise in HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS, and JavaScript to develop custom solutions and integrations.
- Implement and manage integrations with third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, and Power BI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Conduct client-facing workshops and presentations to gather requirements and present solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Adhere to agile development methodologies and deliver projects within tight timelines.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and trends.
- Manage and maintain CRM environments, including on-premise, cloud, support, upgrades, and migrations.
- Utilize DevOps practices, Git, and Jira for code management and issue tracking.
- Design and develop Microsoft Flows, Power Apps, and Power BI reports.
- Work with Office 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint APIs.
- Experience with Marketing Automation tools (e., RESCO, Scribe, KingswaySoft, ClickDimensions).
Required Skills :
- 4-8 years of experience in Technical CRM, with a minimum of 3-6 years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proven experience implementing the full lifecycle of at least 2-3 CRM projects.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, and Power BI).
- Experience with integrating CRM systems with third-party applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Customer-facing experience with the ability to understand and articulate business requirements.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Experience with on-premise, cloud, support, upgrade, and migration projects.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, Git, and Jira.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
