SAP TM Consultant - E2E Implementation (3-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP TM Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Transportation Management, including configuration, integration, and implementation within S/4HANA environments.

A strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes is crucial, along with the ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Experience with SAP-o9 integration is highly desirable.

This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as you will be working closely with business users and technical teams.

Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement SAP TM solutions, covering areas such as freight management, transportation planning, execution, and freight costing.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of S/4HANA Transportation Management modules and their integration with other SAP modules.

- End-to-End Implementation Experience : Lead or actively participate in at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation, specifically within the TM domain.

- Design, develop, and support integrations between SAP TM and other systems, including external platforms like o9, using tools like SAP PI/PO, CPI, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, or other middleware solutions.

- Implement and maintain robust integration solutions between SAP TM and the o9 platform, including data exchange, workflow management, and troubleshooting.

- Utilize ABAP skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the SAP TM environment.

- Work with various SAP interface technologies, including IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services.

- Analyze transportation and logistics business processes, identify areas for improvement, and map business requirements to SAP TM functionality.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to SAP TM configurations, integrations, and processes.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Extensive experience in SAP TM configuration, including freight management, transportation planning, and execution.

- Deep understanding of S/4HANA Transportation Management modules.

- Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation.

- Strong knowledge of SAP integration tools, such as SAP PI/PO and CPI.

- Proven experience integrating SAP TM with external systems, especially the o9 platform.

- Familiarity with middleware platforms like Dell Boomi and Mulesoft (or similar).

- Proficiency in ABAP for troubleshooting and basic development tasks.

- Solid understanding of IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services.

Functional and Business Process Knowledge :

- Deep understanding of transportation and logistics processes, including order management, carrier selection, freight costing, and warehouse integration.

- Ability to effectively map business requirements to SAP TM functionality.

- Demonstrated experience with SAP-o9 integration workflows, data exchange, and troubleshooting.
