Senior MERN Stack Developer - Node.js/Express.js (6-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance and scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Build and maintain user interfaces using React and other modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly.

- Develop server-side logic and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

- Implement business logic and data processing.

- Design and implement database schemas using MongoDB.

- Write efficient and optimized queries using Mongoose.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

- Implement UI enhancements and interactive features.

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) is preferred.

- Design and implement database schemas and data models.

- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and application stability.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.

- Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other developers.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.

Qualifications :

Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development using the MERN stack.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.

- Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), including asynchronous programming and best practices.

- Expertise in React and related libraries.

- Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js framework.

- Proficiency in MongoDB and Mongoose.

- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.

- Proficiency with Git.
