Education: MBA

Experience: 7-12 years in agency/brand sales, partnerships, or business development within the digital marketing, advertising, or media industry

Location: Mumbai, Delhi

Role Type: Team Lead with Individual targets

Working Days: 5 Days a week

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agency Lead to drive partnerships with agencies and brands. This role will focus on acquiring bulk orders and onboarding clients to our platform. The ideal candidate will leverage their network and industry expertise to generate revenue and help scale operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, media buyers, and brands to onboard them onto our platform.

- Sales Strategy: Present the platform's value proposition to potential partners, securing bulk orders and long-term contracts.

- Market Insights: Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to craft tailored offerings that meet client needs.

- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, ensuring smooth onboarding and sustained engagement.

- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to align efforts and deliver exceptional client experiences.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client acquisition, revenue growth, and market insights.

Skills Required:

- Strong networking and negotiation skills

- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
