Job Title: Agency Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agency Lead to drive partnerships with agencies, media buyers, and brands within the digital marketing, advertising, and media industries. The primary focus of this role is acquiring bulk orders and onboarding clients to our platform, with a strong emphasis on revenue growth, relationship management, and strategic sales development. The ideal candidate will leverage their network, industry expertise, and sales acumen to generate revenue and help scale operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with agencies, media buyers, and brands to successfully onboard them onto our platform. Foster trust and collaboration to become the primary partner for their advertising needs.
Sales Strategy:
- Present the platform's unique value proposition to potential partners, ensuring the acquisition of bulk orders and securing long-term contracts. Develop customized sales approaches that meet clients' specific business needs.
Market Insights:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to craft tailored offerings. Ensure the platform's features and services remain competitive and aligned with market demands.
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, providing continuous support throughout the onboarding process and ensuring sustained engagement and satisfaction. Address client queries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to consistently achieve and exceed both individual and team sales targets. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth from existing clients.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure client needs are met effectively. Collaborate to align efforts and deliver a seamless client experience from onboarding through to ongoing support.
Reporting:
- Regularly report on client acquisition, revenue growth, sales performance, and market insights. Use data to track progress against sales targets and adjust strategies as needed.
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven Track Record in Sales:
- 7-12 years of experience in agency/brand sales, partnerships, or business development within the digital marketing, advertising, or media industry, with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Networking and Negotiation Skills:
- Strong ability to build relationships and negotiate deals with key decision-makers in agencies and brands.
Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills:
- Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of the platform to clients at all levels, with a strong aptitude for delivering persuasive presentations.
CRM and Data-Driven Decision Making:
Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage client interactions and sales processes. Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize sales efforts.
Team Leadership:
Experience leading a team, setting clear expectations, and motivating team members to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the digital marketing, advertising, or media industry, including emerging trends, key players, and market dynamics.
Education:
MBA or equivalent qualification.
