Job Summary :
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead with deep expertise in Learning Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of experience in HCM, with a strong track record of leading end-to-end HCM implementations, particularly in the Oracle HCM Cloud environment.
This role will be pivotal in driving successful Learning Management implementations, providing expert functional guidance, and ensuring seamless integration with other HCM modules. The candidate will be a client-facing leader, demonstrating exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Learning Management (OLM) modules.
- Provide expert-level knowledge of OLM functionalities, including course creation, curriculum management, learning paths, certifications, assessments, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain detailed functional design documents and configuration workbooks for OLM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex OLM issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Manage learning content creation, and integration with 3rd party content providers.
- Lead and participate in full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with a minimum of 4 end-to-end implementations, including at least 2 in HCM Cloud.
- Guide clients through the hire-to-retire cycle, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices, with a strong focus on the learning and development area.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, design sessions, and testing activities.
- Provide functional expertise across various HCM modules, with a primary focus on Learning Management.
- Serve as the primary functional point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead client workshops and presentations, demonstrating product capabilities and providing expert guidance.
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business processes and translate them into effective Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Analyze and document data flows, ensuring data integrity and consistency across HCM modules, especially related to learning data.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize system performance and efficiency.
- Provide functional leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and provide status updates to the Project Manager.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system configurations.
- Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.
- Be open to domestic and international travel for short and long durations as required.
Skills & Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, with a strong focus on Oracle Learning Management (OLM).
- Proven experience leading at least 4 end-to-end HCM implementations, including at least 2 in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Learning Management (OLM) functional modules.
- In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flows, particularly in the Learning domain.
- Strong client-facing experience, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Strong planning and follow up skills.
- Organizational awareness and sensitivity.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications, especially in Learning.
