Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep subject matter expertise in ERP domains and a proven track record of successfully executing data conversions, developing robust reports, and optimizing business processes within the Oracle Cloud ERP environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and enhancement of our clients' ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute data conversion processes using File-Based Data Import (FBDI) to ensure accurate and efficient data migration.
- Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) (if applicable) to develop and maintain integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and other systems.
- Utilize HDL and HSDL for HCM related data loads.
- Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) reports, including specialized reports like bank-related check printing.
- Create and manage Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reports to provide actionable insights.
- Leverage SmartView and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) for in-depth data analysis and reporting.
- Develop HCM Extracts.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization within the Oracle Cloud ERP environment.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop Fast Formulas for HCM applications.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all development and configuration activities.
Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of ERP principles and business processes.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, HCM).
- Proven experience with FBDI for data conversion.
- Extensive experience in developing and managing BIP reports.
- Proficiency in creating OTBI reports.
- Hands-on experience with SmartView and FRS for data analysis.
- Experience with HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Oracle Cloud ERP certifications.
- Experience with specific industry verticals.
- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Javascript.
