Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant - HCM Module (3-5 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess deep subject matter expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) domains and a proven track record of successfully executing data conversions, developing robust reports, and optimizing business processes within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and enhancement of our clients' HCM systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform comprehensive data conversions using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), with a primary focus on worker conversions.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy during migration processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve data conversion issues.

- Design, develop, and manage Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) reports tailored to HCM needs.

- Create and maintain Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reports for HR analytics and decision-making.

- Create and maintain Dashboards.

- Implement Fast Formulas to automate business rules and calculations within Oracle Cloud HCM.

- Develop solutions to address complex business scenarios using Fast Formulas.

- Extract and manage data using HCM Extracts for integrations and reporting purposes.

- Ensure secure and efficient data transfer between systems.

- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM.

- Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.

- Maintain detailed technical documentation.

- Analyze current HCM processes and suggest improvements.

- Collaborate with Functional consultants to deliver the best solutions.

Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of HCM principles and business processes (i.e., Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll).

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

- Extensive experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL).

- Proven experience in developing and managing BIP reports for HCM.

- Proficiency in creating OTBI reports.

- Strong expertise in implementing Fast Formulas.

- Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts.

- Basic knowledge of SQL.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.

- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications.

- Experience with specific HCM industry verticals.
