Role & responsibilities
Responsible to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting Head of sales and sales representatives, coordinating sales activities. The sales Operations Lead responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Co-create and be an implementation partner in design of all modules/playbooks
Lead micro market mapping exercise for the region.
Develop the plan for retailer and distributor expansion and extraction drive.
Develop and execute the plumber module in the region.
Design, in collaboration with SH/CH, the journey cycle plan for all TM/RSO.
Rapid Prototyping of all digital and analytic tools
Train and test usage of key digital tools like SFA App, DMS, Plumber App, Dealer App
Drive adoption and usage of Power BI dashboards tracking project KPIs.
Create, if required, and publish relevant dashboards for the region in collaboration with SH/CH.
Be the Analytic brain for the region be the custodian of data backed and impact driven analysis.
Set up cascaded governance structure for the region
Build cadence and agenda for reviews across sales hierarchy in the region
Create and update action log for each review and ensure adherence to action items in the log
On ground coaching and capability building
Co-create with SH/CH the resource planning for the region for the year.
Front-line incentive management - training, dashboard and bottleneck issues.
Field and forum workshops with front line team to train all modules and ensure execution excellence.
Drive adoption and usage of all digital tools - SFA App, Plumber App, Dealer App etc.
Issue resolution - lead debottlenecking any hurdles faced during effective execution of modules.
Performance monitoring of KPIs for all projects as per the established cadence
Be the source of market intelligence to review and revise the playbooks/modules and/or create new modules/playbooks.
Ensure adherence to conduct of project wise war rooms, huddle calls for respective regions.
Ensure execution excellence in all modules.
