Dy. Manager / Manager - Liaison (Delhi & Haryana)

Role & responsibilities :

• Satisfactorily completion of Liaison work with various Govt. deptts. for obtaining necessary permission, renewal of licences /consent /permits /NOC etc.

• Liaison with Deptts. such as - Explosives, Pollution, BIS, Canal Department, HWRA, R&D Licence, BSNL, Police, SDM office, DC office, Patwari office, Tehsildar office, Fire station, Public Health, Municipality, RTA, DTO, MCD, Electricity deptt., Jal Board (Delhi/Bahadurgarh), Property Tax Deptt (MCD) and many more deptts./offices required to visit there time to time.

• To keep update records of company's vehicles. To prepare transfer papers of co.'s vehicles. To get new vehicles registered.

• To look after insurance claims of fire and vehicle accident, traffic challans, impounded vehicle matter. Timely deposit of taxes of vehicles. To obtain NOC and NCR report of vehicles.

• Land Records - Factory Land based at Haryana

• Licenses - Issuance and renewal of following

Driving License

Passport/Visa

International Driving Permit

Lift License

Preferred candidate profile :

From Plant perspective, concerned candidate should well aware on

• Pollution / ETP / STP
• Municipal Corp.- MCF
• Fire Safety / NOC
• Nagar Nigam
• Police SHO level liaisoning
• Factory Directorate / Factory Inspector / Labour Commissioner
• PF/ ESI related matters etc.
