We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven B2C Sales Lead to drive MuSo's individual and group sales. This role will focus on selling tailored experiences-including museum visits, workshops, birthday parties, and private event rentals-targeting families, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), community networks, and interest-based groups.
- You will be responsible for driving ticket sales, group bookings, and premium experiences while also optimizing sales through data insights and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy
- Own the sales pipeline and revenue targets for the B2C segment (individuals, families, HNIs, and community groups).
- Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to maximize attendance, engagement, and customer retention.
- Identify and develop partnerships with affinity groups, parenting communities, educational networks, and premium clubs to drive group visits and memberships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty programs.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with families, influencers, and premium clientele (HNIs, expats, gated communities, etc.) to drive repeat visits and premium bookings.
- Customize MuSo's offerings to create personalized and exclusive experiences for different audience segments.
- Manage VIP experiences, concierge services, and special event sales.
- Ticketing & Booking Platform Management
- Oversee and optimize ticketing and booking platforms such as Zoho, BookMyShow, and MuSo's website.
- Ensure seamless integration of sales data across platforms to enhance the user experience and maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with tech teams to improve online booking and streamline digital touchpoints.
- Data-Driven Sales & Performance Optimization
- Maintain and analyze B2C sales databases to track trends, conversion rates, and customer preferences.
- Use insights to refine pricing, offers, and group packages for higher engagement.
- Forecast visitor footfall, optimize inventory, and report on sales performance metrics.
- Market Research & Competitive Benchmarking
- Conduct market mapping, competition analysis, and audience segmentation to sharpen MuSo's positioning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in family entertainment, children's edutainment, and experiential leisure.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 8-10 years in B2C sales, business development, or consumer engagement, preferably in experiential retail, family entertainment, hospitality, or cultural institutions.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience managing ticketing platforms (Zoho, BookMyShow, etc.) and driving digital sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for pricing, forecasting, and sales planning.
- Strategic thinker who can identify emerging opportunities in the B2C space.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a high-energy team.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, as this role aligns with peak visitor times.
