Wecodee - Flexcube Sales Role (5-8 yrs)

Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Flexcube Sales Consultant to drive sales and business development activities for Oracle Flexcube products and solutions.

- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the banking and financial services industry, coupled with strong sales acumen and technical expertise in Oracle Flexcube.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Oracle Flexcube products.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives at banks and financial institutions.

Solution Selling:

- Understand client requirements and present tailored Oracle Flexcube solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to highlight the value of Oracle Flexcube.

Proposal and Documentation:

- Prepare detailed proposals, RFP responses, and other sales documentation.

- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, delivery, and support, to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to address any concerns or requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.

- MBA is a plus.

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development in the banking and financial services sector.

- Proven track record of selling Oracle Flexcube solutions or similar core banking products.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- Goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
