Role & responsibilities
1. Booking and checking of All Revenue related invoice
2. Maintaining MIS of all Sales related invoices with details of payment received/Deductions/Rebate/Trade Margin
3. Ageing of Customer Balances
4. Preparation of Customer Data for Submission to Banks for Working Capital Limit.
5. SAP Knowledge related to Review of GL/AP/AR
6. Review of Budget and Actual and its Control in SAP.
7. Maintenance of SAP Master Data- SAP- FICO
8. Excellent Excel Skills- Pivot Table and various Reports
9. Customer Reconciliation.
10. Accounting of Unbilled revenue and Accrual/provisions
11. Reconciliation of TDS with form 26AS
