GurgaonRole & responsibilities

Lead land identification, evaluation, and acquisition efforts in the Gurgaon region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local real estate market, zoning laws, and regulatory frameworks while building strong relationships with landowners, government authorities, and other stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15+ years of experience in land acquisition, preferably in the Gurgaon/NCR real estate market.
• Strong understanding of zoning laws, land records, due diligence, and legal documentation.
• Proven track record of successful land acquisitions and negotiations.

Knowledge of Gurgaons real estate policies, RERA compliance, and government regulations.

Conduct market intelligence on land availability, competitor projects, and pricing trends.

Provide insights on demand and supply dynamics in Gurgaons real estate sector.
