Role Summary :
We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our team to improve our current IT infrastructure and Application to set the direction for integrating information technology and programs across our organization. Person should work with development and Infra structure to improve current IT infrastructure, optimizing business operations for efficiency with an emphasis on knowledge sharing among partners. He should work into creating and implementing systems software to analyzing data to improve existing ones with other team and increases productivity in the workplace.
Responsibility:
- Participate in Agile development process.
- Knowledge and having hands on experience in automated software testing and deployment processes for test, staging, and production environments.
- Drive technical innovation and efficiency with automation in both a cloud and On Prem virtual environment.
- Work on projects to increase security, reliability, redundancy, maintainability, and scalability.
- Assist with configuration/ starting of new environments and services to facilitate constant growth of our projects.
- Participate in operation, monitoring, failure, load and performance testing/ tuning.
- Work closely with our Partners to insure the configure, troubleshoot, improve and fine-tune staging and production environments.
- Working with Application Operations, platform architects and the Microsoft Azure product group to understand business and technical needs and converting them into high quality software implemented in production systems.
- Lead the design and implementation of all hardware and software infrastructure for large scale customer projects.
- Understand how evolving technology affects the domain.
- Manage and ensure compliance with IT structures, process and technologies while maintain knowledge of leverage IT industry technologies and Trends.
- Influence or provide input to cost and capacity forecasting and planning activities.
- Coordinate, manage and be accountable for knowledge of all interfacing applications, services, API's, hardware, and activities that support the HCCB portfolio.
- Suggesting ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
- Organizing training to improve employees' knowledge and skills for future organizational growth.
- Conducting research in talent management to improve the organization's business operations.
- Providing business architecture and systems processing guidance
- Ensuring the efficiency, security, and support of the organization's goals
- Creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management and change control
- All new initiatives must have no gap from Architecture perspective and HCCB system landscape.
- Lead &Support Architecture Enhancements for all old & new Solutions.
- Training and capability building.
- New Technology solutions.
- Governance process in collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Ensure stable solution by right Architecture and ensuring performance of all solution.
- Partner Engagement to deliver SLA's.
- Heading the command center from effective P1 & P2 resolution.
- Tracking of RCA and providing permanent solution.
- Execution without follow-up with team collaboration.
- Governance Structure for seamless execution - Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly meeting with all stakeholders.
- Capability development for internal and external stake holders - Partner and HCCB team capability development.
- Drive a positive Customer Experience by providing high quality delivery on strategic, complex deals.
- Quality Improvement activities.
- Business and technical risk management.
Skill:
- Development Experience in Microsoft Technology.
- Backend knowledge MS SQL, Azure SQL configuration, and optimization
- Knowledge of testing frameworks.
- Command line and shell scripting skills
- Automating modern web system deployments
- Automation tools, log management, monitoring, patching, and intrusion detection
- Leading the team of technical & functional professionals during career stage.
- At least 10 years of professional experience as a technical leader with proven record of innovating solutions.
- Proven work experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role.
- Excellent technical, analytical and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and motivational skills.
- Experience in modeling and graphic representations.
