Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for fertilizers, and agro chemicals.
  
• Manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth through effective territory management, customer relationship building, and product knowledge.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, resolve customer issues, and improve overall sales performance.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all aspects of sales operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-17 years of experience in agricultural sales or related field (fertilizer/agrochemicals).
  
• B.Sc (Agriculture), MS/M.Sc(Science) degree from a recognized university.
  
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
