Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities to achieve monthly targets for fertilizers, agrochemicals, and other related products.
  
• Develop strong relationships with distributors and farmers to increase product awareness and drive business growth.
  
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  
• Collaborate with the team to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in sales or marketing in the agricultural sector (fertilizer/agrochemical).
  
• B.Sc degree in Agriculture or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong knowledge of paddy, rice, wheat, soybean, corn, sugarcane crops; ability to understand their needs and preferences.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
