Key Responsibilities

Implementation of companies short to Mid-term Strategic Goals for Sales Function

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Develop a sales model & Team for a focused sales methodology that is repeatable and scalable. This is to be done in co-ordination with senior management & external Consultant.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
• Take Company to Leadership position in every sales channel once Model is implemented.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives. Look to play leadership role during Geographic expansion phase.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team.
• Track sales performance and analyze market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Prepare sales reports and present to senior management.

• Develop Scalable models for Sales, Backend operations & Warehouse Logistics, that are supported by custom IT solutions. (We are actively doing so already).
• Develop models that are exportable to different geographical locations at the same time well managed centrally.
• Develop an effective leadership team that is naturally aligned to Company culture and Strategy

Preferred candidate profile: Age between 32 - 45
