Sales Associate Ahmedabad

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

1. Sales

• Responsible for planning, driving and executing the sales activities in the assigned territory.
• Complete territory mapping for all retailers, contractors, fabricators & architects.
• Driving Sales through retailer & dealer network.
• Generating leads from Builders, IHB, Fabricators & retailers
• Creating Awareness of Hindalco extrusions to retailers, Fabricators, Architects & Interior Designer.
• Getting Hindalco brand approved in projects specification.
• Ensure quick communication of pricing and promotional schemes launched by the company to help maximize sales.
• Meeting monthly sales targets.

2. Distribution Reach

• Responsible to maintain and expand the customer base.
• Strengthen and nurture existing distribution retail points.
• Add new distribution points.

3. Reporting and MIS - Prepare weekly necessary reports on KPIs and share in a timely manner with the business

Experience:

• 2 years in Building & Contraction / FMCG / Glass/ Hardware industry
• Experience in handling Retail/Distribution Network
